Quality Assurance Coordinator
Position Overview​​
We are looking for a teammate who is excited to flawlessly execute marketing campaigns for our dynamic clients. Our ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, is willing to learn within various campaign platforms and is motivated to learn and do. As this position is a remote position, the candidate must be a self-starter and able to work efficiently.

Detail oriented & organized. This role will work across multiple campaigns so organization is a must, as well as understanding the nuances of each campaign

Motivated to work with exciting clients and learn the process of executing campaigns and learning/understanding new campaign software and technology

Willingness to learn various campaign platforms and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly:

Conduct QA of the campaign to ensure that all details are set up per the campaign guidelines

Understanding of client’s brand guidelines

Reviewing and proofing all creative and production materials for accuracy

Test & review client creative
-

Incredible attention to detail; responsibilities include reviewing creative markups, copy documents and creative within campaign platform

Prepares all support materials required for internal meetings and presentations for client creative review

Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment across multiple campaigns with multiple stakeholders, which requires great communication (both written & verbal) skills

Team player who maintains a positive attitude
Qualifications​​​

Bachelor’s degree required

2-3 years of experience with an advertising agency, marketing company, or client-side marketing department

Excellent attention to detail

Strong & clear written and verbal skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft & Google suite of products
